For iPhone and iPad Users:
Using Apple Books (formerly iBooks):
- Open Safari (not your Facebook app) and navigate to the download page.
- Tap on the EPUB file link.
- A prompt will appear; tap "Open in Books" (or "Open in Apple Books") to save and view the file.
Using Kindle App for iPhone/iPad:
- Open Safari and access the download page.
- Tap on the EPUB link to download the file.
- Select "Open in Kindle" from the share options or follow the instructions for sending the file to your Kindle library (see below).
For Android Users:
Using Google Play Books:
- Open Chrome or your default browser (not your Facebook app) and visit the download page.
- Tap on the EPUB link. It should automatically open in Google Play Books if the app is set as default.
- If not, download the EPUB file, then upload it to Google Play Books manually by opening the app and selecting "Upload a file" from the menu.
Alternative ePub Reader Apps:
- Lithium: A free and lightweight app available on the Google Play Store for reading EPUB files.
For Kindle Users on Android and iOS:
Important Note:
Amazon Kindle now supports EPUB files for new eBook uploads. The older MOBI format is no longer accepted.
Four Methods to Add EPUB Files to Your Kindle Library:
Direct Download:
- Open the EPUB link on your device.
- Once downloaded, the file should automatically appear in the Kindle app (this works only on the device where the file was downloaded).
Amazon’s “Send to Kindle” Feature:
- Install the free Send to Kindle app from Amazon.
- Use the app to wirelessly upload the EPUB file to your Kindle library. The file will sync across all your Kindle devices.
Email Upload:
- Attach the EPUB file to an email and send it to your Kindle’s email address (e.g., [email protected] or [email protected]).
- The file will appear in your Kindle library after syncing.
USB Transfer:
- Connect your Android or other device to a computer via USB.
- Copy the EPUB file into the "documents" folder within the Kindle directory.
