Shaping Jesus Into Our Own Image

This pseudo-Christian emergent/emerging church video clip is actually quite revealing. A tragic example of what happens when we brazenly set aside (trample down) God's revelation and attempt to shape Jesus after our own image ... letting the culture dictate our understanding of God rather than God himself. We could present a very good case that "Solomon's Porch" is here exchanging the glory and majesty of the True God for a much inferior product.

My Question: Having claimed in this video to reject all theology and beliefs, how have these so-called Christians seduced themselves into believing they themselves have no dogma(s)? Their cultural relativism is itself a religious belief. It is a dogma. It has affirmations and denials and a missionary force. Notice a woman in the video speaking of racism, the importance of the environment and the like. This may be true but how do they know that to be true? This assumes an ultimate understanding of spiritual reality. Either it was revealed from an authoritative source or they are declaring themselves the ultimate authority. When groups like this claim that it doesn't matter how you believe, it matters how you live... look at this affirmation closely. Those are religious statements. Those are matters of religious beliefs, dogma. Doctrines!. Self-made ones at that:
