Dave Harvey

Dave Harvey has been in pastoral ministry in Covenant Fellowship Church since 1986, was ordained in 1988, and has served the church as senior pastor since 1990. He has served as a member of the Sovereign Grace Ministries leadership team with C. J. Mahaney since 1995. Dave is responsible for missiology and church planting development within Sovereign Grace as well as the oversight of churches in the northeastern United States and the UK. He also supplies leadership for our international involvement in Europe, Africa and parts of Asia.

Dave has published three booklets in the Sovereign Grace Perspectives series: “Missiology: Entering the Field of the Lord”; “Am I Called? Discerning the Summons to Ministry”; and “Polity: Serving and Leading the Local Church.” He also wrote a chapter for Why Small Groups?, a book from Sovereign Grace’s Pursuit of Godliness series.
